Mindfulness meditation with Jason Connell

These unprecedented times are disruptive to our world, our mental health, and our routines.

To help you find light - and maybe even a bit of calm and happiness - amidst the storm,  I'm hosting free, live-online meditation classes every Monday at 8pm Eastern.  All people and experience levels are welcome. 

Classes run for about 60 minutes and include:

  • A brief discussion on mindfulness 
  • A 25-minute guided meditation
  • A chance for reflection, Q&A, and sharing
